Generation of charge carriers in C60 films by 100-fs laser pulses with photon energies above and below the mobility edge
TL;DR: In this paper, the primary stages of photoinduced processes were studied in C60 films excited by 100-fs laser pulses at wavelengths of 645 and 367 nm, the fraction of excited molecules being no more than several percent.

Comparison of Triethylgallium and Trimethylgallium Precursors for GaInP Nanowire Growth
David Alcer,Aditya P. Saxena,Lukas Hrachowina,Xianshao Zou,Arkady Yartsev,Magnus T. Borgström +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared the performance of two different Ga precursors, trimethylgallium (TMGa) and triethyl gallium (TEGa), for a top segment of GaxIn1-xP arrays.

Femtosecond pump–probe investigation of primary photoinduced processes in C60–Sn nanostructures
Sergey V. Chekalin,V. O. Kompanets,Mihail Kurdoglyan,Anatoly N. Oraevsky,N. F. Starodubtsev,Villy Sundström,Arkady Yartsev +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, photoinduced processes in different C60-Sn nanostructures excited by 150 fs laser pulses at 400 nm (109 W/cm2) were investigated with femtosecond supercontinuum probing of difference absorption and reflection in the spectral range of 400-1600 nm.

Side-group switching between metal-to-ligand charge-transfer and metal-centered excited state properties in iron(II) N-heterocyclic carbene complexes
Linnea Lindh,Nils W. Rosemann,Iria Bolaño Losada,Samuel Persson,Yogesh Goriya,Hao Fan,Olga Gordivska,Kenneth Wärnmark,Jens Uhlig,Pavel Chábera,Arkady Yartsev,Petter Persson +11 more
TL;DR: Fe(II) N-heterocyclic carbene complexes exhibit side-group dependent excited state properties, with electron-withdrawing substituents favoring metal-to-ligand charge-transfer states, while electron-donating substituents promote metal-centered states, influencing photophysics and potential applications.

S.V. Chekalin,V.O. Kompanets,N. F. Starodubtsev,Villy Sundström,Arkady Yartsev +4 more
- 01 Jan 2004
TL;DR: In this paper, the photoinduced processes in different C 60 -Sn nanostructures excited by 150 fs laser pulse at 400 nm (10 9 W/cm 2 ) are performed with femtosecond supercontinuum probing of difference transmission and reflection in the spectral range of 400-1600 nm.
