Optimization and Effect of Reinforcements on the Sliding Wear Behavior of Self-Lubricating AZ91D-SiC-Gr Hybrid Composites
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of various parameters such as material factors: silicon carbide (SiC) fraction, graphite (Gr) fraction and mechanical factors: normal load, sliding distance and speed on the sliding wear rate of self-lubricating AZ91D-SiC-Gr hybrid magnesium composites were statistically investigated.
Multi-Response Optimization of Turning Parameters during Machining of EN-24 Steel with SiC Nanofluids Based Minimum Quantity Lubrication
TL;DR: In this paper, grey relational analysis (GRA) has been employed to optimize the process parameters during turning of EN-24 steel under SiC based nanofluids MQL environment for better machining performance characteristics.
Performance Evaluation of Al-SiC Nanofluids Based MQL Sustainable Cooling Techniques During Turning of EN-24 Steel
TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of sustainable cooling techniques such as cryogenic cooling, minimum quantity lubrication, Al2O3/soluble oil nanofluids based minimum quantity lubrication, SiC/SILO/SOLO based MQL and Al-SiC/Soluble oil hybrid n-of-luids-based minimum quantity oil based lubrication on output characteristics during turning of EN-24 steel was investigated.
