TL;DR: In this article , the authors reported the direct observation of nanoscale skyrmions in CoFeB/MgO-based magnetic tunnel junction devices at room temperature, which are stabilized under the cooperation of interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction, perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, and dipolar stray field.

TL;DR: In this paper, the double-CoFeB free layer structure in the all-perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJ) was demonstrated to enable better electrical sensitivity in the fundamental studies of droplets and show that the droplets can be utilized in MTJ-based applications.
