Papers
Diffusion Tensor Imaging in brain tumors: A study on gliomas and metastases
T.S. Papageorgiou,Danai Chourmouzi,Antonios Drevelengas,Konstantinos Kouskouras,Anastasios Siountas +4 more
TL;DR: Diffusion tensor indices could be used for the differentiation between low and high gradegliomas, as well as for distinction between gliomas and metastases.

Aggressive angiomyxoma of the vulva extending into the pelvis: Report of two cases
Konstantinos Dragoumis,Antonios Drevelengas,Konstantinos Chatzigeorgiou,Efstratios Assimakopoulos,Ioannis Venizelos,Eleonora Togaridou,Themistoklis Mikos,Glykeria Boulogianni,John N. Bontis +8 more
TL;DR: The experience of a primary and a recurrent aggressive angiomyxoma is reported, with magnetic resonance imaging seems to be the preferred method for detecting recurrence.

Reversible brain atrophy and subcortical high signal on MRI in a patient with anorexia nervosa
TL;DR: A case with atrophic changes and high signal on T2-weighted images, which resolved completely following weight gain is presented, indicating severe emaciation induced by self-imposed starvation.

Successful management of bulky osseous metastasis of renal cell carcinoma with selective arterial embolization and radiofrequency ablation: a case report
Christos Emmanouilides,Danai Chourmouzi,Ioannis Dedes,Dimitrios Pantoleon,Polikseni Mantziari,Antonios Drevelengas +5 more
TL;DR: This case illustrates the usefulness of the embolization-ablation sequence in controlling large osseus metastasis and resulted in considerable necrosis of the bulk of the tumor and creation of a large tissue deficit, which healed over the period of several months despite anti-angiogenetic systematic treatment.
