One-stage reconstruction with open bone grafting and vacuum-assisted closure for infected tibial non-union.
TL;DR: Open bone grafting combined with VAC in a one-stage procedure can be a feasible alternative to the treatment of infected tibial non-union, especially for those wounds which are not good candidates for microsurgery; however, further studies are required to confirm the likely benefits.

Anatomical research on the subacromial interval following implantation of clavicle hook plates.
TL;DR: It is revealed that thehook plate with only 3 depths could not match the acromion satisfactorily and the hook plate implantation significantly narrowed the subacromial space and a hook plate with a variable depth, which can match better with patient's anatomy, is worthy of further investigation.

The Retrospective Analysis of Posterior Short-Segment Pedicle Instrumentation without Fusion for Thoracolumbar Burst Fracture with Neurological Deficit
TL;DR: This technique allows for satisfactory canal clearance and restoration of vertebral body height and kyphotic angle, and it may promote the recovery of neurological function, however, further research is still necessary to confirm the efficacy of this treatment.
Effect of Vacuum-Assisted Closure Combined with Open Bone Grafting to Promote Rabbit Bone Graft Vascularization
TL;DR: VAC combined with open bone grafting promoted rabbit bone graft vascularization and was preliminarily investigated to propose a theoretical basis for clinical work.
