Biochemical and imaging surveillance in germline TP53 mutation carriers with Li-Fraumeni syndrome: 11 year follow-up of a prospective observational study.
Anita Villani,Ari Shore,Jonathan D. Wasserman,Derek Stephens,Raymond H. Kim,Harriet Druker,Bailey Gallinger,Anne Naumer,Wendy Kohlmann,Ana Novokmet,Uri Tabori,Marta Tijerin,Mary Louise C. Greer,Jonathan L. Finlay,Joshua D. Schiffman,David Malkin +15 more
TL;DR: The findings show that long-term compliance with a comprehensive surveillance protocol for early tumour detection in individuals with pathogenic TP53 variants is feasible and that early tumours detection through surveillance is associated with improved long- term survival.

TL;DR: Clinical utility of baseline WBMRI in germline TP53 germline mutation carriers at baseline is suggested and may form an integral part of baseline clinical risk management in this high-risk population.

TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-institutional retrospective study characterizes prostate cancer incidence in a cohort of Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) males and gTP53 prevalence in a prostate cancer cohort.

The Natural History of Observed SDHx-Related Head and Neck Paragangliomas Using Three-Dimensional Volumetric Tumor Analysis
Evan L Tooker,Richard H. Wiggins,Mana Espahbodi,Anne Naumer,Luke O. Buchmann,Samantha Greenberg,Neil S. Patel +6 more
TL;DR: Over intermediate-term follow-up, observation of treatment-naive SDHx-related HNPGLs did not result in new cranial neuropathy, and data support an interval of observation to characterize growth rate in asymptomatic to minimally symptomatic patients, who are at high risk of Treatment-related morbidity.

Paraganglioma and other tumor detection rates in individuals with SDHx pathogenic variants by age of diagnosis and after the age of 50.
TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the age of SDHx tumor diagnosis in those with pathogenic variants (PVs) and found that the average age was 32.0 years, and the average diagnosis varied by gene.
