TL;DR: To reduce fall risk after a virtual reality session, it is recommended that the subject spend at least 2 minutes in a sitting position, and significant differences were observed in almost all examined parameters.

TL;DR: The therapeutic programme addressed to older women with overweight and obesity proved to be efficient in the biopsychosocial aspect and the greatest benefits were experienced by older women and those with low life satisfaction at the beginning of the treatment.
