Numerical simulation of two-phase heat and mass transfer in fractured reservoirs based on projection-based embedded discrete fracture model (pEDFM)
Anna Rocheva,Jingyu Song +1 more
TL;DR: In this article , a finite volume method is used to discretize the mass and energy conservative equations, and all the connections between control volumes including two types of fracture-matrix (f-m), three types of fractures fracture-fracture (f -f), and one type of matrix-matrices (m-m) connections are constructed, and corresponding transmissibility formulas of mass and heat transfer in finite-volume discrete schemes for these connections are given.

An upwind generalized finite difference method for meshless solution of two-phase porous flow equations
Anna Rocheva,Jingyu Song +1 more
TL;DR: In this article , the first attempt to apply newly developed upwind GFDM for the meshless solution of two-phase porous flow equations was made, where node cloud is used to flexibly discretize the computational domain, instead of complicated mesh generation.
A proxy model to predict reservoir dynamic pressure profile of fracture network based on deep convolutional generative adversarial networks (DCGAN)
Xiaoyin Peng,Anna Rocheva,Jingyu Song,Xiang Rao,Hui Zhao,Yunfeng Xu,Xun Zhong,Wentao Zhan,Luoyi Huang +8 more
TL;DR: The results showed that the efficiency of U-Net framework based deep convolution in extracting, dividing and splicing the geometric features of fracture network is significant, and the generative adversarial networks model can effectively predict the reservoir pressure distribution according to the fracture network geometry after being trained with 6000 sets of data.

A proxy model to predict reservoir dynamic pressure profile of fracture network based on deep convolutional generative adversarial networks (DCGAN)
Anna Rocheva,Jingyu Song +1 more
TL;DR: Zhang et al. as discussed by the authors applied deep convolution generative adversarial networks (DCGAN) based on U-Net framework to establish the dynamic mapping relationship between fracture pattern and reservoir pressure during the production process, which can be obtained by image mapping the fracture distribution details.
