Body mass index during maintenance therapy and relapse risk in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia: A Children's Oncology Group report
Aman Wadhwa,Yanjun Chen,Lindsey Hageman,Anna Hoppmann,Anne L. Angiolillo,David S. Dickens,Glen Lew,Joseph P. Neglia,Yaddanapudi Ravindranath,A. Kim Ritchey,Amanda M. Termuhlen,F. Lennie Wong,Wendy Landier,Smita Bhatia +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper , obesity at diagnosis of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is associated with greater risk of relapse; whether this association extends to obesity during maintenance is unstudied.

Pediatric May-Thurner Syndrome-Systematic review and individual patient data meta-analysis
Laura Avila,Noelle Cullinan,Michael H. White,Marian Gaballah,Anne Marie Cahill,Deepti M. Warad,Vilmarie Rodriguez,Cristina Tarango,Anna Hoppmann,Stephen C. Nelson,Tomáš Kuhn,Tina Biss,Aaron R. Weiss,Michael Temple,Joao G. Amaral,Nour Amiri,Ana C. Xavier,Samuele Renzi,Leonardo R. Brandão +18 more
TL;DR: In this article, use of imaging-guided therapy and thrombus burden predicted venous patency, and lack of patency predicted DVT recurrence in pediatric MTS.

Poverty and Relapse Risk in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: Children's Oncology Group Study AALL03N1 Report.
Aman Wadhwa,Yanjun Chen,Lindsey Hageman,Anna Hoppmann,Anne L. Angiolillo,David S. Dickens,Joseph P. Neglia,Yaddanapudi Ravindranath,Kim Ritchey,Amanda M. Termuhlen,F. Lennie Wong,Wendy Landier,Smita Bhatia +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used a multivariable proportional subdistributional hazards regression for patients living in extreme poverty while receiving ALL maintenance therapy after adjusting for relevant predictors.

Individual prediction of nonadherence to oral mercaptopurine in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Results from COG AALL03N1
Anna Hoppmann,Yanjun Chen,Wendy Landier,Lindsey Hageman,William E. Evans,F. Lennie Wong,Mary V. Relling,Smita Bhatia +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a risk prediction model for 6MP adherence (mean adherence rate < 90%) increases the relapse risk among children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) was presented.

TL;DR: In this article , a large international cohort of 380 patients with relapsed iMB, age younger than 6 years, and initially treated without craniospinal irradiation (CSI) was assembled, and univariable and multivariable Cox models of post-relapse survival were conducted for those treated with curative intent using propensity score analyses to account for confounding factors.
