TL;DR: Radiovision needs more research, as do the slide/ tape techniques, and it may be useful to explore other means of equally closely integrated sound/vision programs, using for example, booklets or posters as well as filmstrip.

TL;DR: In the In-Service Course for teachers in institutes of further education as discussed by the authors, students were trained to formulate and achieve precisely stated lesson objectives, and self-observation and subsequent discussion with tutors using standard assessment forms would be useful for training in the systems approach.
