Effect of Polyphenol-Rich Dark Chocolate on Salivary Cortisol and Mood in Adults
TL;DR: Findings from this small-scale study indicate lowering of salivary cortisol levels following polyphenol-rich dark chocolate in adults recruited from a health and social care setting and may be attributable to their ability to inhibit 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 activity.

Social conformity and suicide
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the relationship between suicide rates and socioeconomic factors by using a panel data at Italian province level in the time span 1996-2005 and found that the primary role of family, alcohol consumption and population density in explaining suicide rates in Italy, while the economic variables, namely income per capita and economic growth, do not appear to have any effects.

TL;DR: The StudyCircle Model of Restorative Communication as discussed by the authors ) is a model of teaching and learning conceptualized as the study circle model of restorative communication for facilitating active learning, promoting a culture of peace and well-being/life skills among students and faculty, and creating robust mechanisms for integrating marginalized students to the university community; thus potentially preventing school detachment among vulnerable student populations.
