Resistive flex sensors can be used to measure bending or flexing with relatively little effort and a
relativelylow budget. Their lightness, compactness, robustness, measurement effectiveness and
low power consumption make these sensors useful for manifold applications in diverse fields.
Here, we provide a comprehensive survey of resistive flex sensors, taking into account their
working principles, manufacturing aspects, electrical characteristics and equivalent models,
useful front-end conditioning circuitry, and physic-bio-chemical aspects. Particular effort is
devoted to reporting on and analyzing several applications of resistive flex sensors, related to the
measurement of body position and motion, and to the implementation of artificial devices. In
relation to the human body, we consider the utilization of resistive flex sensors for the
measurement of physical activity and for the development of interaction/interface devices driven
by human gestures. Concerning artificial devices, we deal with applications related to the
automotive field, robots, orthosis and prosthesis, musical instruments and measuring tools. The
presented literature is collected from different sources, including bibliographic databases,
company press releases, patents, master’s theses and PhD theses.

Resistive flex sensors: a survey

In this paper we present the design and development of a hand-motion recognition system as an interface between human and mechatronic systems such as UAVs and other rescue robots The interface device, named as ARMatron, will be capable of identifying the gestures made by the user and convert them to suitable signals to activate the target gadgets Suitable sensors on the ARMatron will sense the linear and rotary motions of the hand A data acquisition system (DAQ) will acquire the data from the sensors and will be processed by a suitable controller to identify the intended gesture of the user This will be converted to suitable control signals in the controller and will be used as the command signals to activate the gadget The proposed system is expected to enable easy interfacing of human with mechanical/mechatronic systems and provide new dimension to man-machine interface systems, radically changing the search and rescue scenario, and also help rehabilitating physically handicapped victims

In terms of internet sales and valuation, e-commerce development is expressed. During the eight-year duration from 2008 to 2014, the overall volume of the trade rose from $268 billion to $ 1.5 trillion. The study carried out the quantitative approach in a questionnaire distribution across a given number of data collection respondents and has shown that financial crime and its success contribute directly. The findings indicated that the greater the fraud, the poorer the bank's performance, the more the online fraud appears to impact the financial performance of banks adversely.

Recognizing the critical position of workers appears to have a major effect on operational performance as most companies aim to maintain staff by empowering and enhancing the working standards of their employees. Therefore, it is necessary to enforce certain techniques to retain high quality and ensure performance and efficiency. The research examined the influence of organizational participation and encouragement in banks' work results. A study of 100 participants was tested, and findings were evaluated using the chi-square analysis. The findings revealed a substantial level below 5% which indicates that the study variables are closely linked. The quantitative approach and qualitative framework have been used to analyze their perception of the effects of job retention on the success of workers. Approach a single case study for various branches by implementing a similar case study and addressing a larger number of samples. This allows the researcher to remove the survey challenge and hold evidence from a larger community with a deeper comprehension of the idea of encouragement and how it influences workers' output.
