Inadequately Staged Endometrial Cancer: a Clinical Dilemma.
TL;DR: Patients with incidental diagnosis of endometrial cancer following hysterectomy after clinical and radiological assessment and histopathological review, should be offered completion staging, if at risk for extrauterine disease.
