Izabela Nowak,Edyta Majorczyk,Andrzej Wiśniewski,Andrzej Pawlik,Maria Magott-Procelewska,Ewa Passowicz-Muszyńska,Jacek Malejczyk,Rafał Płoski,Sebastian Giebel,Ewa Barcz,Aleksandra Zoń-Giebel,Andrzej Malinowski,Henryk Tchórzewski,Arkadiusz Chlebicki,Wioleta Łuszczek,Maciej Kurpisz,Marian Gryboś,Jacek R. Wilczyński,Piotr Wiland,David Senitzer,Ji-Yao Sun,Renata Jankowska,Marian Klinger,Piotr Kuśnierczyk,Piotr Kuśnierczyk +24 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that KIR2DS5 may protect from endometriosis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute rejection of kidney graft, as well as protect from acute kidney graft rejection.
KIR, LILRB and their Ligands' Genes as Potential Biomarkers in Recurrent Implantation Failure.
Izabela Nowak,Karolina Wilczyńska,Jacek R. Wilczyński,Andrzej Malinowski,Paweł Radwan,Michał Radwan,Piotr Kuśnierczyk +6 more
TL;DR: The possible role of polymorphism of KIR, LILRB and their ligands (HLA-C, HLA-G) in susceptibility to recurrent implantation failure is focused on, which could serve as diagnostic biomarkers of this disease.
Possible Role of HLA-G, LILRB1 and KIR2DL4 Gene Polymorphisms in Spontaneous Miscarriage.
Izabela Nowak,Andrzej Malinowski,Ewa Barcz,Jacek R. Wilczyński,Marta Wagner,Edyta Majorczyk,Edyta Majorczyk,Hanna Motak-Pochrzest,Małgorzata Banasik,Piotr Kuśnierczyk +9 more
TL;DR: Investigation of the KIR2DL4, LILRB1 and HLA-G polymorphisms in 277 couples with spontaneous abortion and 219 control couples found a protective effect of women’s heterozygosity in −716 H LA-G and LIL RB1 against spontaneous abortion, and indicated that men’S 9A/10A KIR 2DL4 alleles are important in terms of the protection or susceptibility to miscarriage.
The impact of HLA-G, LILRB1 and LILRB2 gene polymorphisms on susceptibility to and severity of endometriosis
Aleksandra Bylińska,Karolina Wilczyńska,Jacek Malejczyk,Łukasz Milewski,Marta Wagner,Monika Jasek,Wanda Niepiekło-Miniewska,Andrzej Wiśniewski,Rafał Płoski,Ewa Barcz,Piotr I. Roszkowski,Paweł Kamiński,Andrzej Malinowski,Jacek R. Wilczyński,Paweł Radwan,Michał Radwan,Piotr Kuśnierczyk,Izabela Nowak +17 more
TL;DR: The role of polymorphisms of HLA-G and its receptors LIL RB1 and LILRB2 in susceptibility to endometriosis and its progression is supported.
HLA-C C1C2 heterozygosity may protect women bearing the killer immunoglobulin-like receptor AA genotype from spontaneous abortion
Izabela Nowak,Andrzej Malinowski,Henryk Tchórzewski,Ewa Barcz,Jacek R. Wilczyński,Małgorzata Banasik,Marian Gryboś,Maciej Kurpisz,Wioleta Łuszczek,Edyta Majorczyk,Andrzej Wiśniewski,David Senitzer,Ji Yao Sun,Piotr Kuśnierczyk,Piotr Kuśnierczyk +14 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that among KIR AA women who have HLA-C C2C2 partners, Hla-C heterozygous females show a trend towards an increased chance of successful pregnancy.
