The article deals with the issue of efficient utilization and development of the production capacity of the military-industrial complex companies comprising integrated structures (mainly, state corporations). This issue is essential for the Russian military-industrial complex which faces the deficit of investment resources and the need for urgent implementation of large-scale production plans. The article suggests the ways to assess the resource management’s efficiency in the integrated structures’ companies, including utilization and development of capacities of specific companies. The production capacity-based integrated indicator of management efficiency (which may be estimated on the basis of directly measurable values) was developed. It shows the potential increase in the integrated structures’ production capacities without additional investments, solely due to resource management’s enhancement in the member companies. Business tools for improvement in the production capacity management efficiency were also explored. Efficiency indicator was suggested for development of production capacity of the integrated structures’ companies, and the optimal principles of selection of investment recipients are explained for 2 scenarios: when complete production cycle is preserved at each company, and when the companies become specialized within integrated structures. Business tools for making optimal investment decisions with regard to information asymmetry and opportunism of companies’ managers are described. The analysis allowed to develop the structure and algorithms of integrated structures of the production capacity utilization and development management system on the tactical level (capacities utilization management), the strategic level (capacities development management) and the superstrategic level (capacity maintenance, particularly using the technologies and production capacities of machine tool builders). Management of Utilization and Development of the Production Capacity of the Military-Industrial Complex

Ambiguous situations affect the progress of the project in any area. They are unpredictable in nature and require consideration of fairly new and complex factors that to varying degrees determine the effectiveness of the project. The article considers the issue of building a model of graph-dynamic simulation of situation management in innovative projects based on Scrum methodology by studying the binary game in the conditions of conflict between stakeholders. After analyzing the project participants based on a flexible Scrum methodology and considering possible contradictions between different stakeholders of the project, the authors have used the technique of binary game based on scenario communications to develop the model. Knowledge and skills application of the situational approach in the conditions of flexible Scrum methodology will provide opportunities to the project manager to radically change a situation in the project and to achieve the motivated performance of each task. The authors offer a formalized presentation of the procedure for selecting the optimal solution in project management in the implementation of a flexible Scrum methodology. This takes into account all the features of flexible Scrum methodology. The procedure of making the optimal decision on the basis of research of binary game between the interested parties in the conditions of contradiction is offered. A set of scenarios is developed to help overcome the crisis situation, and possible alternatives are explored. The use of these approaches in the implementation of flexible Scrum methodology provides support for decision-making in crisis situations of possible conflicts with existing constraints on financial and time resources. The result of applying the developed model is to increase the efficiency of the project by reducing the loss of time in the project and overspending of financial resources.

This study systematically reviews the trends and developments in sports science technology over the past four decades. Utilizing a comprehensive systematic review analysis of 1,127 articles from the SCOPUS database, we aimed to identify key subject areas, contributing countries, and prevailing keyword patterns in the field. The analysis highlights a significant increase in publications and citations, indicating the growing importance and recognition of sports science technology. Japan leads in contributions with the highest number of publications and citations, followed by the United States and China. Medicine and engineering emerged as the most influential subject areas, underscoring the interdisciplinary nature of the research. Keyword analysis revealed a strong emphasis on human studies, sports, and the integration of science and technology, reflecting the field's evolving landscape. Findings show that technological advancements such as sensor technology, big data analytics, and virtual reality have revolutionized sports science by enhancing performance monitoring, injury prevention, and rehabilitation processes. The study identifies critical trends and provides insights into future research directions, advocating for continued interdisciplinary collaboration and global cooperation to further advance the field. These insights offer a comprehensive overview of the historical and current state of sports science technology, serving as a roadmap for future innovations and applications. By understanding the development and current trends in sports science technology, researchers and practitioners can better plan and implement effective strategies for improving athletic performance and health, ultimately contributing to the broader field of sports science and technology. Exploring the research trend and development of sports science technology in the last 4 decades: systematic review

The article substantiates the management of the humidity and temperature regime of greenhouse complexes on the basis of a scenario-synergetic approach. The scenarios for controlling the temperature and humidity conditions in the greenhouse using the approach of fuzzy neural networks are formed. The structure of an automated control system for technological processes is developed, which provides automated collection and processing of information for the implementation of control actions in order to improve the efficiency of the greenhouse complex on the basis of a scenario-synergetic approach. The corresponding fuzzy neural networks are synthesized for a synergistic assessment of the interaction of technological parameters. Estimation of the root-mean-square error in the synthesis of fuzzy neural networks confirms the possibility of their use for the synergistic formation of scenarios for controlling the temperature and humidity regime in greenhouses to reveal the presence of a synergistic effect. Production rules for scenario management of temperature and humidity conditions are formed. It is shown that the use of fuzzy neural networks for the formation of scenarios for controlling the humidity and temperature regime provides the possibility of obtaining the appropriate scenarios for making managerial decisions and their prompt correction.

Adaptation of virtual reality interfaces to psychological diagnosis and medical rehabilitation applications

The paper presents an original approach of innovation project analysis based on monitoring of the events that accompany and characterize the typical issues. Innovative projects are considered to be different from other types of projects and require new technologies of project management. Based on the proposed model there was developed a system for decision-making support for monitoring and management of student innovation projects adequate to their volume, complexity, uncertainty, and place in the portfolio. The solution is illustrated by two typical projects taken out of the scope of 30 real projects carried out during the period of 2019 – 2020. The results allowed improving the project activity considering the influence of uncertainty and human factor by application of individual motivation and management actions. 

Event-based analysis of innovative behavior for student project management

The paper studies the problem of IT projects organization with a variety of team member competencies and task requirements. There is proposed an original software multi-agent architecture that considers the conditions of uncertainty and self-organization. Simulation was performed for four cases of various project team structures considering the level of performers’ qualifications, the ratio of experts and newcomers, task priorities, and types of tasks performed. The results allowed formulating new recommendations, which prove the possibility to use the proposed architecture for automated intelligent decision-making support.
