TL;DR: The relationship between less sleep at night and the presence of a DSM-III-R psychiatric diagnosis was significant and further research is needed to ascertain whether sleep is playing a causal role in the increase of behavior problems.

TL;DR: In this paper, a randomized controlled trial was conducted in the general paediatric ward of Salima District Hospital, Malawi, where children aged 1-59 months old with severe pneumonia and either HIV infection or exposure, severe malnutrition, or an oxygen saturation of less than 90% were randomly assigned 1:1 to low-flow nasal cannula oxygen or nasal bCPAP.

TL;DR: The data provide evidence for persistence of infection in a sub-group of women and suggest inclusion of women in community-based treatment programs, regardless of whether a child is present in the house, is likely to be important in preventing the progression of inflammatory trachoma and scarring to trichiasis.
