TL;DR: In this study of resected stage 1 primary lung adenocarcinoma, it is found that mitotic index was more closely associated with outcome than either pathologic T stage or IASLC/ATS/ERS architecture-based classification.

TL;DR: Two cases of atypical fibroxanthoma (AFX) that both had the previously unreported feature of neural invasion are reported that would regard such cases as malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) because of such deep extension.
