TL;DR: Results indicate that chronic fast or traditional velocity resistance exercise increases muscular strength to a greater degree than ISVRE training, and resistance training velocity must be considered if strength is a desired outcome.

The relationship between breakfast consumption and basketball shooting performance
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explored a possible relationship between breakfast consumption and basketball shooting performance and found that a well-balanced diet with habitual breakfast consumption may be a beneficial method for individual and team performance enhancement, which can ultimately lead to increased chances of a successful game outcome.
