Pendampingan dan pemberdayaan ini bertujuan kegiatan pembedayaan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini dalam bentuk workshop/ pelatihan sebagai sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada guru-guru sekolah dasar tentang menulis artikel ilmiah dan cara publikasi di jurnal nasional terakreditasi dalam upaya meningkatkan karya dan kinerja guru di Kota Balikpapan. Peserta berjumlah 22 orang guru-guru di kota Balikpapan Kalimantan Timur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa peserta «guru menulis » mampu mengoperasionalkan aplikasi mendeley sebagai reference manager, peserta mampu membuat draf artikel dan  mampu menulis artikel menguasai struktur artikel (IMRAD) dengan baik, peserta guru menulis mampu registrasi dan submit (mengirimkan) artikel ke jurnal tujuan. Hasil pendampingan berhasil menerbitkan artikel pada terindeks nasional dan jurnal nasional terakreditasi Sinta, dan disarankan diadakan pelatihan selanjutnya untuk guru menulis artikel ke jurnal internasional bereputasi

Legal uncertainty is a major obstacle for investors to invest in Indonesia, especially investment in the management of industrial plantations. Legal Certainty of Investment in Management of Industrial Plantation Forests in Indonesia

This research was conducted to provide answers and assertiveness of all assumptions regarding the effect of principal managerial competence and teacher professional competence on teacher performance. To achieve these objectives, the researchers used quantitative research methods. The data were collected by questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The purposive random sampling is conducted that 199 participants from 449 population participated in this study. The location of the research was at Public Elementary School of Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The results obtained from this study are 1) there is a positive and significant influence of principal managerial competence on teacher performance; 2) there is a positive and significant influence on teacher professional competence on teacher performance; 3) Simultaneously the principal managerial competence and teacher professional competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

The Effect of Principal Managerial Competence and Teacher Professional Competence on Primary School Teacher Performance

The problem of this research was the low creativity of teachers in managing the online learning process and constraints related to student discipline in relation to teacher performance results. The study was conducted in order to figure out significant correlation between pedagogic competence and personal competence on teacher performance. This research was conducted with an ex-post facto technique, with a total population of 36 teachers with civil servant qualifications, who were chosen using a total sampling technique and collected on SD Gugus III Manggis Sub-district Karangasem Regency. The data were collected using non-test techniques, namely the questionnaire and document recording. After the prerequisite test had been fulfilled, the research hypothesis were tested using multiple correlation analysis. The result indicated that, (1) there was a significant correlation of pedagogical competence on teacher performance with a rcount 0.598 > rtable 0.329 (2) there was a significant correlation between personality competence and teacher performance with a rcount 0.359 > rtable 0.329 and (3) There was a significant correlation between pedagogic competence and personality towards teacher performance with a rcount 1 > rtable 0.329 Based on those findings, it could be concluded that there was a significant correlation between pedagogical competence and personality towards teacher performance at SD Gugus III Manggis Sub-district, Karangasem Regency, Academic Year 2020/2021. This study aims to describe the influence of principal management on the teaching performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pasirian. The research method uses quantitative research with 30 teachers teaching at SMA Negeri 1 Pasirian, Lumajang, East Java. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis of the data was carried out by calculating the average, percentage, and calculating the score category criteria for each variable. This research uses linearity test with ANOVA calculation, correlation calculation with product moment formula, and significance calculation using t test. The results of this study indicate an average score of 72% is included in the good category in the management of the principal's management. Meanwhile, for the management of teacher teaching performance, the average score of 76.55% is included in the good category. Furthermore, the contribution of principal management to the teaching performance of teachers is 16.5%. The calculation of significance shows that t count = 2,349 > 2,048 t table at significance level = 0,5 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between principal management on teacher teaching performance which means that the better the leadership performance of the principal, the better the teacher's performance at SMA Negeri 1 Pasirian.

The Effect of Principal Management on Teacher Teaching Performance in Schools

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Sewu Segar Primatama either partially or simultaneously. This type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT. Primatama Fresh Sewu. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique and the samples in this study were 62 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire, while the data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the t-test on the work environment variable of 6.846 with a significant value of 0.000. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the t-test on the motivation variable of 4.643 with a significant value of 0.000. Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the f-test of 43,651 with a significant value of 0.000 and the f-table of 3.18. Work Discipline and Work Motivation affect employee performance by 62.1%, this is based on the acquisition of an R-Square of 0.621 or 62.1%. While the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other factors not examined.

This study aims to determine the effect of human capital and customer capital on the perceived performance of farmers. The question in this study is whether human capital affects the perceived performance of farmers and whether customer capital affects the perceived performance of farmers. The analysis technique in this research includes correlation test, determination test and F test which is a model feasibility test, followed by multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t). The sample method uses purposive sampling, with several criteria developed previously. Questionnaires were used to collect data from respondents. Respondents in this study were farmers in Blubur Limbangan District, Garut Regency. In total there are 356 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (t), human capital affects the perceived performance of farmers and customer capital affects the perceived performance of farmers.

Digital Niaga Indonesia Tangerang Selatan dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Digital Niaga Indonesia Tangerang Selatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
