Probiotics in aquaculture practices enforces to improve the ability to increase growth and development of hydrobionts. Probiotics were used to improve the water quality and for the development of digestibility of nutrients, increase tolerance to stress, and encourage reproduction. Shrimp aquaculture farm is a major industry in India, which is facing many diseases, namely, viral and bacterial pathogens to easily affect weak immunity of shrimp and an altered gut microbial community. Probiotics are substances containing live microorganisms secreted by microorganisms that stimulate the growth of other organisms. Chemotherapeutic agents have been banned for disease management in aquaculture systems due to the emergence of antibiotic resistance gene and enduring residual effects in the environments. In the present investigation, soil samples were collected from four places of Koraiyar, Manakkattai, Lagoon, and Xaviermunai of Muthupet, Thiruvarur district, Tamil Nadu, India. Isolation and identification of Actinobacteria by morphological and physiological parameters are carried out. The Actinobacteria were selected by primary screening of antimicrobial activity against human pathogens, namely, bacteria like Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella typhi and fungi like Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus fumigatus, and Penicillium sp., secondary screening of shrimp pathogens such as Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio harveyi, and Vibrio vulnificus and also commercial antibiotics sensitivity assays with ampicillin, chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, gentamycin, penicillin, polymyxin, streptomycin, and rifampicin. The effect of Pseudonocardia alaniniphila on growth of Litopenaeus vannamei on tank trail experiments was observed. In trail tank, the effect of P. alaniniphila AVVM03 potential at strains of Actinobacteria with VIT-C, P. alaniniphila AVVM03 with β-glucan, and P. alaniniphila with FOS was observed to understand the growth of the L. vannamei in the period of 50 days and control also maintained. Among the tank culture, physicochemical parameters, growth and development of L. vannamei, biochemical improvement, and enzyme activity were recorded in P. alaniniphila AVVM03 with FOS when compared to other tank with control tank. The current article deals with the knowledge of the uses of probiotics in aquaculture and its society in future.

In India, Gujarat is the only State having the largest coastal area spread around 1600 km. Bhavnagar is developed on the gulf of Khambhat; with coastal areas such as Ghogha, Kuda, Koliyak, Hathab, Mithiviradi, Zanzmer, Gopnath. The Quality of Sea Water depends on the coastal diversity about soil quality, due to that it also affects the diversity of plants and animals of the coastal region. The sea water analysis is performed for parameters such as pH, Temperature, Electrical Conductivity, Salinity, Total Dissolve Soild, Acidity, Alkalinity, Chloride, Total Hardness, Ca+2, Mg+2, Dissolve Oxygen, Biological Oxygen Demand, Chemical Oxygen Demand and soil from coastal area also subjected for soil analysis parameter such as pH, Temperature, Electrical Conductivity, Salinity, Chloride, Ca+2, Mg+2, Soli texture, Soil moisture, Soil porosity, Soil buffering capacity, Water holding Capacity, and Organic Carbon. It is making the impact on our finding gives us the knowledge of Seawater and coastal soil richness and diversity at a particular location; such as sandy, rocky and muddy. The coastal area affects the diversity of plants such as xerophytes and halophytes, which is dependent on the quality of the coast. Due to that, the analysis result gives us a beautiful scenario for habitat impact on seawater and coastal / tidal region soil.

Aims: The marine actinomycetes are a rich source of novel bioactive molecules. Especially the exotic tropical marine habitat of the Kerala coastal region favours the actinomycete diversity. The present study focuses on the isolation, purification and morphological characterization of marine actinomycetes for the discovery of new bioactive compounds. Methodology and results: A total of 280 morphologically distinct actinomycetes were isolated from marine soil and sediments of 10 different isolation sites located along the coastal region of Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala, India using standard microbiological techniques. The physicochemical analysis of the soil samples collected from different stations was also done. Conclusion, significance and impact of study: Even though the soil/sediment samples were collected from geographically nearby places, the physicochemical parameters showed a significant variation. This may be one of the factors which may trigger the actinomycete diversity in these regions. The diversity of actinomycetes prevalent in this region could serve as a potential source for the discovery of novel biomolecules.

Gujarat has a very extended coastal belt, and due to type, the properties of available soil in the coastal regions vary from place to place. These soil properties are not suitable for infrastructure development. Many techniques were already developed for the improvement of marine soil strength. Some of them are very costly; some method is not suitable due to high water table in the region. Some have adverse effects on aquatic life. This study has an approach to give sustainable, eco-friendly, and economical techniques to increase the unconfined compressive strength of marine soil of the different regions. The entire colonies available in soil are studied by series dilution and spread plate technique. Microorganisms produce exopolysaccharides (EPS) in excess carbohydrates, which provides by the screening method in nutrient agar broth (N. agar). Microbial Biopolymer such as exopolysaccharides can act as an eco-friendly binder of soil. EPS-producing organisms work as an environmentally sustainable method to improve soil strength. More exopolysaccharides-producing and fastest-growing microorganisms were selected by EPS extraction from all microorganisms found in a survey. The result was also compared with the unconfined compressive strength achieved by bio cement and a mixture of biopolymer and biocement. The biopolymer shows an increase in result (1.625– 1.891) times from 14 days to 28 days. Biocement showed an increase in the result, which ranges from (1.763–1.955), and the mixture of both shows a tremendous increment of (1.635-1.885).

Investigations on Presence of Biopolymer Producing Microorganism in Marine Soils & Enhanced Potential of Marine Soil by Using Isolated Microorganism

Many researchers focus on the marine coastal zones. Present study was physical and chemical characteristics of soil in three different marine ecosystem of six different places sea shore (Point Calimere [Kodiyakarai], Adirampattinam, Mallipattinam and Manora), saltpan (Vedaranyam), mangroves Forest (Muthupet) Palk Strait coastal regions of Tamilnadu, India, was performed. The marine soil were selected for the following boundaries like Soil texture, Calcium Carbonate, Electrical conductivity, Power of hydrogen, Macronutrients like (Organic carbon, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium), Micronutrients like (Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Copper) and others Caution exchange capacity, Magnesium, Sodium were studied. At the end of the soil collected from various stations showed differences in all analyzed features.
