Mass dependence of the static quadrupole moments of the first 2+ states in the cadmium isotopes
TL;DR: In this paper, the static quadrupole moments of the first 2 + states m the even-mass Cd isotopes have been determined using the reorientation effect, and the Coulomb excitation probabilities were measured by resolving inelastically and elastically backwardscattered 4 He and 16 O projectiles in an annular surface barrier detector.

Band crossings in 170Os
TL;DR: In this article, the excitation energy of the very light osmium isotopes is deduced up to spin (24 + ) in the yrast band and spin (23 − ) in lowest negative-parity band.

Configuration-dependent deformations in 171Re
TL;DR: In this paper, the level scheme of 17175Re96 was studied using (heavy ion, xnyp) reactions using particle-rotor band-mixing calculations with the ad hoc inclusion of ΔN = 2 mixing.

Interference between spherical and deformed states in 190Pb
TL;DR: The level scheme of 190 Pb identified in the 166 Er( 28 Si,4n) 190Pb reaction includes several long isomers and exhibits structures which can be associated with coexisting spherical, oblate and prolate configurations as discussed by the authors.

High-spin states and intrinsic structure in 174Os and 175Os: Alignments and strong interaction
TL;DR: In this paper, high-spin states have been identified in 174Os and 175Os using (HI, x>n) reactions and gamma-ray techniques, and the alignment of the two signatures of the decoupled band built on the 1 2 − [521] state and the comparison between the signature splitting of routhians and if B(M1)/B(E2) values in the i 13 2 band suggest softness towards gamma deformation.
