RUSSCO-RSP comparative study of immunohistochemistry diagnostic assays for PD-L1 expression in urothelial bladder cancer.
L E Zavalishina,Ilya Tsimafeyeu,Patrisia Povilaitite,Grigory Raskin,Yulia Andreeva,Alexey Petrov,Ekaterina Kharitonova,Alexey Rumyantsev,Inna Pugach,G A Frank,Sergei Tjulandin +10 more
TL;DR: The data indicate that repeated testing can be avoided as a patient with urothelial cancer who is classified asnegative for PD-L1 expression by one of the three single tests using the corresponding cutoff rule is highly likely to be classified as negative by either of the other tests.

A Risk-benefit Analysis of Prophylactic Anticoagulation for Patients with Metastatic Germ Cell Tumours Undergoing First-line Chemotherapy
Christian D. Fankhauser,Ben Tran,Manuel Pedregal,Jose Manuel Ruiz-Morales,Egon Gonzalez-Billalabeitia,Anna Patrikidou,Eitan Amir,Christoph Seidel,Carsten Bokemeyer,Thomas Hermanns,Alexey Rumyantsev,Alexey Tryakin,Margarida Brito,Aude Flechon,Edmon M. Kwan,Tina Cheng,Daniel Castellano,Xavier Garcia del Muro,Anis A. Hamid,Margaret Ottaviano,Giovanella Palmieri,Robert Kitson,Alison Reid,Daniel Y.C. Heng,Philippe L. Bedard,Christopher Sweeney,Jean M. Connors +26 more
TL;DR: It is found that venous thromboembolic events (VTEs) occur rarely after chemotherapy and the risk of VTE in men undergoing chemotherapy for metastatic germ cell tumours can be decreased by thromboprophylaxis with a reasonable risk-benefit profile and by avoidance of venous access devices.

Olanzapine (OLN) versus aprepitant (APR) in patients receiving high-emetogenic chemotherapy: Final results of randomized phase II trial.
Alexey Rumyantsev,Elena Glazkova,Rukhshona Nasyrova,Ekaterina Ignatova,Lia Chitia,Anna Popova,Dzhennet Chekini,Yaroslava Kochetkova,Sergei Kit,Kheda Elsnukaeva,Sophia Menshikova,Olga Sekhina,Ilya Pokataev,Alexandra Tyulyandina,Marina Stenina,Mona Frolova,Anatoly Bulanov,Mikhail Fedyanin,Alexey Tryakin,Sergei Tjulandin +19 more
TL;DR: This data indicates that OLN might provide several benefits over APR which is current standard of care – particularly in patients with a history of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.

Intratumoral Heterogeneity of SMAD4 Immunohistochemical Expression and Its Role in Prediction of Recurrence Pattern in Patients with Resectable Pancreatic Cancer
Ilya Pokataev,Asel Kudaibergenova,Anna Artemyeva,Anna Popova,Alexey Rumyantsev,Danil Podluzhny,N. E. Kudashkin,Mikhail Fedyanin,Alexey Tryakin,S. A. Tjulandin +9 more
TL;DR: SMAD4 IHC expression is not a biomarker of the recurrence pattern after surgical resection for pancreatic cancer (PC), and different areas inside primary tumor and lymph node metastases express SMAD4 heterogeneously.

Clinical Predictors of Second-Line Chemotherapy Benefit in Patients with Pancreatic Cancer
Ilya Pokataev,Anna Popova,Alexey Tryakin,Mikhail Fedyanin,Igor Bazin,Alexey Rumyantsev,Sergey Gordeev,N. E. Kudashkin,Yuriy I. Patyutko,Sergei Tjul +9 more
TL;DR: A novel prognostic model can potentially predict second-line chemotherapy benefit in patients with pancreatic cancer, however it needs to be validated in further trials.
