Catalogs of Hot White Dwarfs in the Milky Way from GALEX's Ultraviolet Sky Surveys. Constraining Stellar Evolution
Luciana Bianchi,Boryana Efremova,J. E. Herald,Léo Girardi,Alexandre Zabot,Paola Marigo,Christopher Martin +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a catalog of hot star candidates in the Milky Way, selected from GALEX far-UV (FUV, 1344-1786 AA) and near-UV(NUV, 1771-2831 AA) imaging.

Near-ultraviolet and optical effects of Debris Disks around White Dwarfs
TL;DR: In this article, it is shown that it is possible to detect near-UV and optical effects of debris disks in the star + disk integrated spectrum, which can be used to infer the disk mass, composition, optical depth, and inclination relative to the line of sight.
GALEX catalogs of UV sources: statistical properties and sample science applications: hot white dwarfs in the Milky Way
Luciana Bianchi,J. E. Herald,Boryana Efremova,L. Girardi,Alexandre Zabot,Paola Marigo,Alberto Conti,Bernie Shiao +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the content and properties of UV source catalogs from GALEX's All-Sky Imaging Survey (AIS, 5σ depth ≈19.9(FUV)/20.8(NUV) mag, in the AB system) and Medium-depth imaging survey (MIS, 22.6 (FUV), 22.7 (NUV)/22.5 mag, over 21 435(AIS)/1579(MIS) square degrees, and SDSS provides u g r i z photometry over 7325(A
Catalogues of hot white dwarfs in the Milky Way from GALEX's ultraviolet sky surveys: constraining stellar evolution
Luciana Bianchi,Boryana Efremova,J. E. Herald,Léo Girardi,Alexandre Zabot,Paola Marigo,Christopher Martin +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a comprehensive catalog of hot star candidates in the Milky Way, selected from GALEX far-UV (FUV, 1344-1786u and near-UV(NUV, 1771-2831u) imaging.
