Transport industry enterprises consume a significant amount of electricity, and management impacts on this process with the help of digital technologies will reduce costs and allow to obtain other beneficial effects. The paper points out that the development of transport infrastructure, electric transport and all categories of smart transport increases the dependence of the efficiency of the functioning of transport companies on the consumed volumes and quality of electric energy. The authors considered the effects from using new methods of digital management of resource consumption, which include increasing the stability of the power system, increasing the accuracy of measuring consumed resources, as well as solving the problems of effective planning and resource allocation. The influence of the effects of digital management of electricity consumption is considered from the standpoint of value-based management. The key conditions for the information support of the functioning of control systems is a change in the format and method of information exchange, i.e. the transition from the transmission of analog data to digitized information blocks. The results of the study are to confirm the positive impact of the use of digital technologies in the management of electricity consumption, primarily on reducing operating costs and, as a result, increasing the value of transport companies, as well as highlighting the prospects for their widespread use in transport systems, which may be the subject of future research.

Digital management of electricity consumption as a factor of transport company value

This paper aims to estimate whether Disney’s stock price and enterprise value is over-valued or under-valued by using the multiples valuation method from the aspect of corporate finance and stock market combing with the financial analysis of Disney, strategy introduction, and competitor analysis. The main findings of this paper include that Disney’s stock price and enterprise value are fair. Based on these findings, the paper gives some explanations to illustrate this outcome: the first is of Disney’s prestigious films and characters. And the second is because Disney’s competitors in different have different statue in their own field, which might influence the calculation and outcome. And lastly is the most important, is since people love Disney which bring people imagination, fantasy and happiness. The value of this paper is that the findings can not only help the public learn more about Disney’s development situation but also offer the public another perspective and general method to analyze companies’ value and stock price.

Research on the Investment Value of Disney Based on Multiples Valuation

A dynamic prediction platform for semiconductor technology improvement trends and related enterprise value based on Poisson estimation is studied in the study. This paper analyzes 64 Shanghai and Shenzhen listed semiconductor companies in 2016 to 2018, studied the correlation between innovation input and firm value. The innovations of the designed model are: (1) Through direct intelligent communication, the fab will become a more suitable environment for CPPS equipment to meet CPS batch requirements and this research study will consider this as the data analytic model. (2) For the efficient analysis, the Poisson estimation should be integrated and considered. Random effects models are powerful tools for analyzing such data. (3) The smart platform is combined for the global optimization. 

A dynamic Prediction Platform for Semiconductor Technology Improvement Trends and Related Enterprise Value based on Poisson Estimation

The article considers the use of company value analysis for economic justification of the choice of directions for business development. The company value analysis is based on income forecasting. The authors outline the features of income modelling for these purposes. They consider various ways of forecasting the income of an enterprise for the purpose of economic justification of development options based on annual and quarterly values. The article suggests that the current pandemic situation in the world has significantly affected the performance and development prospects of almost every company making it harder to forecast the performance based on retrospective data due to dramatic changes in income caused by the socio-economic environment in the world. The authors arrived at the conclusion that each specific scenario requires the use of a number of forecast options and selection of the most appropriate forecasting model with regard to every particular situation. In conclusion, it was pointed out that the value analysis of the company gives evident results and can be considered as an effective tool for economic justification of the choice of directions for business development.
