TL;DR: ND was well tolerated with a manageable toxicity and few AEs leading to discontinuation, and demonstrated a numerically higher ORR but equivalent PFS compared with D, and ND also showed promising MRD negativity results.

TL;DR: An IRB-approved analysis of clinical outcomes for 52 commercially treated Tec patients treated as of 07/28/2023 revealed that Tec responders had peripheral blood enriched for both CD8 + effector memory T-cells and Tregs as well as anti-BCMA exposed patients, suggesting an effective efficacy in patients with recent relapse from non- BCMA targeting bispecific antibodies.

TL;DR: A cost analysis of the cost effectiveness of SC mobilization using C+G-CSF versus P-G- CSF for upfront SC mobilization in multiple myeloma patients found that the cost of stem cell collection per patient was 1.3 times greater in the C-CSf group than in the P+GCSF upfront group.
