TL;DR: The Butantan Network was established in March 2021 to perform a robust genomic surveillance in SP in order to properly contribute to the Public Health of the State and currently 85.6% of sequences obtained are at GISAID, and the other 14.4% are under submission, thus the numbers concerning sequences obtained and submitted to GISAIDs are very similar.
