TL;DR: Despite having a successful policy f free antiretroviral treatment to people living with HIV (PLHIV), pportunistic infections remain frequent in Brazil due to reention in care issues, which are associated to a vicious circle that ncludes social inequities, mental diseases, drug abuse, and poor ducation.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors reviewed the presentation and differential diagnosis of endemic mycoses based on the most common chest imaging findings and found that patient demographics and clinical and travel history are important clues that may lead to a proper diagnosis.
