NMR study of the tautomeric behavior of N-(α-aminoalkyl)tetrazoles.
Alan R. Katritzky,Bahaa El-Dien M. El-Gendy,Bahaa El-Dien M. El-Gendy,Bogdan Draghici,C. Dennis Hall,Peter J. Steel +5 more
TL;DR: Interconversion between individual tautomers is shown to proceed via tight ion- Pair intermediates in which intramolecular recombination is faster than the intermolecular crossover since the latter probably requires solvent separation of ion-pair intermediates.

Synthesis of 3,3-diarylpyrrolidines from diaryl ketones
TL;DR: In this article, 3,3-Diarylsuccinic acids were prepared from diaryl ketones by the Knoevenagel condensation with ethyl cyanoacete followed by KCN addition and hydrolysis.

QSAR studies on 1-phenylbenzimidazoles as inhibitors of the platelet-derived growth factor
TL;DR: The obtained models, linear (multilinear regression) and nonlinear (artificial neural network), are aimed to link the structures to their reported activity log 1/IC50, and can be used for physico-chemical interpretation and superior predictive ability.

Benzotriazole-assisted synthesis of enamines
TL;DR: In this paper, a facile preparation of enamines was achieved via a two-step sequence: (i) the ready formation of an N-(α-aminoalkyl)benzotriazole derivative from equimolar amounts of benzotriaxole, an aldehyde, and a secondary amine, and (ii) the elimination of the derivative by sodium hydride in tetrahydrofuran (THF).
