Mutual information-assisted Adaptive Variational Quantum Eigensolver Ansatz Construction
TL;DR: This work proposes a way to construct entangler pools with reduced size for variational quantum algorithms by leveraging classical algorithms, and uses mutual information between the qubits in classically approximated ground state to rank and screen the entanglers.

Chapter 17 – Organic Photovoltaics
Carlos Amador-Bedolla,Roberto Olivares-Amaya,Johannes Hachmann,Alán Aspuru-Guzik +3 more
- 01 Jan 2013
TL;DR: In this article, the applicability of quantitative structure-property relationships (QSPR) based on descriptors of molecular properties was investigated in the prediction of organic monomer parameters for construction of OPVs.

Quantum Process Tomography of Multichromophoric Systems via Ultrafast Spectroscopy
Joel Yuen-Zhou,Masoud Mohseni,Alán Aspuru-Guzik +2 more
- 01 Jan 2011
TL;DR: In this article, a carefully chosen set of polarization controlled two-color heterodyned photon-echo experiments can be used to reconstruct the time-evolving density matrix of the one-exciton manifold of a heterodimer.

Quantum Computation of Eigenvalues within Target Intervals
TL;DR: This study proposes a quantum algorithm that samples the set of energies within a target energy-interval without requiring good approximations of the targetEnergy-eigenstates.
Updated Calibrated Model for the Prediction of Molecular Frontier Orbital Energies and Its Application to Boron Subphthalocyanines
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors employ a database of highly accurate experimental data from materials produced and characterized in-house and calibrate these properties with R2 values > 0.95.
