Differential in vitro secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and [hydroxyproline]GnRH from the rat hypothalamus during postnatal development.
TL;DR: The results support the hypothesis that HypGnRH may play a specific role in development and a specific function of this peptide taking place during puberty through the activation of the adenylate cyclase pathway is suggested.

Somatostatin-dependent adenylyl cyclase activity in nonactivated and mitogen-activated human T cells: evidence for uncoupling of sst3 receptor from adenylyl cyclase.
Nathalie Giannetti,Branka Horvat,Nicole Gautier,Christelle El Ghamrawy,Chantal Rabourdin-Combe,Alain Enjalbert,Slavica Krantic +6 more
TL;DR: Data point to a functional activation‐associated uncoupling of sst3 receptors from adenylyl cyclase in human T cells, indicating a T‐cell activation‐induced alteration in the sst 3 receptor transduction pathway.

Facteurs de transcription anté-hypophysaires et hypopituitarismes multiples
TL;DR: In the recent years, spontaneous and experimental models of hypopituitarism have underlined the involvement of a number of homeodomain transcription factors in different forms of congenital anterior pituitary hormone deficiencies as mentioned in this paper.

Hypopituitarisme congénital: Quand analyser les gènes de facteurs de transcription?
Rachel Reynaud,Anne Barlier,M. Chadli-Chaieb,Alexandre Saveanu,Gilbert Simonin,Alain Enjalbert,Thierry Brue +6 more
TL;DR: De nombreux facteurs de transcription impliques dans l’ontogenese hypophysaire ont ete decouverts et, dans certains cas, leurs mutations ont ee rapportees comme causes de deficits hypophysaires uniques ou multiples.

Modulation of Prolactin Secretion at the Pituitary Level: Involvement of Adenylate Cyclase
Alain Enjalbert,Joël Bockaert,Jacques Epelbaum,E. Moyse,Claude Kordon +4 more
- 01 Jan 1984
TL;DR: The original concept of adenohypophyseal regulation postulated that exteroceptive and interoceptive inputs were integrated at the hypothalamic level and relayed to the pituitary in the form of simple messages.
