TL;DR: In this article, a 74-year-old man was admitted with lung cancer, and preoperative blood test showed abnormal activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT). Coagulation factor screening and APTT mixing test achieved a diagnosis of acquired hemophilia A (AHA).
