A novel and convenient regio-controlled synthesis of α-halogen-substituted allylsilanes: stereoselective synthesis of Z-alkenyl halides
TL;DR: In this paper, the in situ reaction of lithiated allyl halides with chlorosilane in a regio-controlled manner, react with various electrophiles to give the corresponding alkenyl halide with high Z preference.
Allylsilanes as synthetic intermediates. ii. syntheses of homoallyl ethers from allylsilanes and acetals promoted by titanium tetrachloride
TL;DR: The reaction of allylsilanes with acetals in the presence of titanium tetrachloride afforded homoallyl ethers in good yields as discussed by the authors, and the reaction took place regiospecifically with transposition of the allyl group.
Polarized ethylene. V. Synthesis of 1-substituted indolizine, pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine, and their related compounds using methoxyethylene derivatives
TL;DR: The reaction of pyridinium or isoquinolinium N-ylides with methoxy-substituted ethylenes gave the corresponding indolizine and pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives bearing acetyl, aroyl, cyano, ester group at the 1-position in one step as mentioned in this paper.
