Pathological chemotherapy response score is prognostic in tubo-ovarian high-grade serous carcinoma: A systematic review and meta-analysis of individual patient data
Paul A. Cohen,Aime Powell,Steffen Böhm,C Blake Gilks,Colin J.R. Stewart,Tarek Meniawy,Max Bulsara,Stefanie Avril,Eleanor C Brockbank,Tjalling Bosse,Gustavo Rubino de Azevedo Focchi,Raji Ganesan,Rosalind Glasspool,Brooke E. Howitt,Hyun Soo Kim,Jung Yun Lee,Nhu D. McNeish,Divya Midha,Radhika Srinivasan,Yun Yi Tan,Rachael van der Griend,Mayu Yunokawa,Gian Franco Zannoni,Naveena Singh +28 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to determine whether the chemotherapy response score (CRS) is prognostic in women with tubo-ovarian high grade serous carcinoma (HGSC) treated with NACT.

Excisional treatment comparison for in situ endocervical adenocarcinoma (EXCISE): A phase 2 pilot randomized controlled trial to compare histopathological margin status, specimen size and fragmentation after loop electrosurgical excision procedure and cold knife cone biopsy.
Paul A. Cohen,Yee Leung,Yee Leung,Lyndal Anderson,Rachael van der Griend,Paola Chivers,Paola Chivers,Sanela Bilic,Sophie Bittinger,Alison Brand,Alison Brand,Max Bulsara,Jim Codde,Lois Eva,Lois Eva,Louise Farrell,Dianne Harker,Unine Herbst,Stephanie Jeffares,Diane Loh,Diane Loh,Orla McNally,Orla McNally,Ganendra Raj Mohan,Ganendra Raj Mohan,Tarryn Nicholson,Aime Powell,Stuart Salfinger,Bryony Simcock,Colin J.R. Stewart,Colin J.R. Stewart,Julie Silvers,Martin R. Stockler,Peter Sykes,Pennie Stoyles,Adeline Tan,Ai Ling Tan,C. David Wrede,C. David Wrede +38 more
TL;DR: LEEP was not associated with a greater likelihood of positive margins, specimen fragmentation or smaller excision when performed according to a standardized protocol and a definitive phase 3 trial to compare margin status and rates of treatment failure after LEEP and CKC is warranted.

Excisional treatment in women with cervical adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS): a prospective randomised controlled non-inferiority trial to compare AIS persistence/recurrence after loop electrosurgical excision procedure with cold knife cone biopsy: protocol for a pilot study
Paul A. Cohen,Alison Brand,Peter Sykes,David H. Wrede,Orla McNally,Lois Eva,Lois Eva,Archana Rao,Michael Campion,Martin R. Stockler,Aime Powell,Jim Codde,Max Bulsara,Lyndal Anderson,Lyndal Anderson,Yee Leung,Louise Farrell,Pennie Stoyles +17 more
TL;DR: If such a study were to show that LEEP was non-inferior to CKC for the outcomes of post-treatment persistence, recurrence and adenocarcinoma, LEEP could be recommended as an appropriate treatment option for AIS in selected patients.
Review of gynaecological cancer among Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people in Australia
Aime Powell,Uday Narayan Yadav,Emily Phillips,Lisa J. Whop,Devendra Raj Singh,Tamara L. Butler,Emma R. Allanson +6 more
TL;DR: Agarwal et al. as discussed by the authors found that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women experience disproportionately high rates of gynaecological cancers, and reported that women with high rates experienced higher rates of cervical cancer.
