TL;DR: In this paper , the ice growth state (content and location) was analyzed by the enthalpy balance method and electron microscopy analysis and the superchilling state was judged based on the quantitative analysis of ice crystals.

TL;DR: In this article , CMC-Na solutions with different DS and concentrations were frozen at −20 °C and −40 °C, and the morphology, size, and quantity of ice crystals after recrystallization were captured dynamically at the micro level.
