The present invention pertains to a polymer electrolyte and a method for producing the polymer electrolyte, the polymer elctrolyte comprising an ethylene oxide monomer-containing polymer and a lithium salt, wherein the terminals of the polymer are substituted with one to four nitrogen compound functional groups or phosphorus compound functional groups, and the terminals of the polymer and the nitrogen compound functional groups or phosphorous compound functional groups are linked by one species selected from the group consisting of a C2-C20 alkylene linker, a C2-C20 ether linker, and a C2-C20 amine linker.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a solid polymer electrolyte and a method for preparing same, the solid polymer electrolyte comprising a multifunctional acrylate-based polymer, C1 to C10 polyalkyleneoxide, a flame retardant polymer, a lithium salt, and a non-aqueous solvent, wherein the multifunctional acrylate-based polymer crosslinks with the polyalkyleneoxide so as to form semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (semi-IPNs), and the flame retardant polymer is blended with the semi-interpenetrating polymer networks of the multifunctional acrylate-based polymer and the polyalkyleneoxide so as to exhibit a high content of solids and flame retardant properties.
