TL;DR: A review of state American Rescue Plan Act plans, as well as state legislative and state education agency websites and other online resources as discussed by the authors describes community school initiatives in eight states and highlights three potential approaches to state support for community schools: ongoing support through school funding formulas, competitive grant funding, and capacity-building supports (such as certification processes).

TL;DR: Racial/ethnic collective autonomy restriction and teacher fairness influence student perceptions of teacher support. Racial/ethnic minority students report greater perceptions of collective autonomy restriction, which mediates the link between students' racial/ethnic identity and perceived teacher support. Fair treatment from teachers can buffer this link.
From model minority to yellow peril: How threat perceptions and disgust predict anti‐Asian prejudice during COVID‐19
