Bioplastic production from cellulose of oil palm empty fruit bunch
Isroi,Adi Cifriadi,Tri Panji,Nendyo A Wibowo,Khaswar Syamsu +4 more
- 01 May 2017
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to develop bioplastic production based on cellulose from EFB and to increase the added value of EFB by using molecular modification of cellulose, composite with plasticizer and compatibilizer.

Effect of urea deproteinization on catalytic hydrogenation of natural rubber latex
Adi Cifriadi,Mochamad Chalid,Santi Puspitasari +2 more
- 05 Aug 2017
TL;DR: In this paper, the catalytic hydrogenation of deproteinized natural rubber (HDPNR) was investigated in latex phase after reduction of protein content with urea, and the result indicated that cupric sulphate was extremely active catalyst which was showed by the elimination of C=C transmittance bands at 1660 cm-1 on HDPNR spectra and highest degree of hydrogenation.

Effect of depolymerized block skim rubber (BSR) on the physical properties of modified asphalt
Arief Ramadhan,Adi Cifriadi,Henry Prastanto,Norma Arisanti Kinasih +3 more
- 23 Jan 2019
TL;DR: In this paper, depolymerized block skim rubber (BSR) was used as asphalt modifier to improve the asphalt performance, and the performance of modified asphalt showed that asphalt modifiers increased the softening point of asphalt.
Oxidation of Cellulose from Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch Using Hydrogen Peroxide in Alkaline Condition
Isroi Isroi,Adi Cifriadi +1 more
- 31 Dec 2018
TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the oxidation effect of the cellulose from oil palm empty fruit bunch (OPEFB) using hydrogen peroxide in alkaline condition and found that cellulose content was increased up to 90.86%.
Degradation characteristics of vulcanized natural rubber by dimethyl ether through filler and plasticizer composition variations
Asep Handaya Saputra,Johan Johan,Tuti Indah Sari,Adi Cifriadi,Dadi R. Maspanger,Setijo Bismo +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of the filler (carbon black) and plasticizer (minarex-B) components of modified vulcanized natural rubber in a DME environment was examined.
