Relationship of menopause to serum cholesterol and arterial blood pressure in some Nigerian women
TL;DR: Since menopausal or postmenopausal women whether in LSC or in HSC were leaner than the age-matched premenopausal ones and 'yet had higher cholesterol levels, the difference in cholesterol level could be attributed to menopause.

Failure of verapamil and diltiazem to attenuate the pressor response to hypothalamic stimulation: a possible mechanism.
TL;DR: The data indicate that verapamil or diltiazem is ineffective in inhibiting the pressor response to posterior hypothalamic stimulation, irrespective of the stage of hypertension.
