he research is intended to determine the digital promotion strategy in attracting the purchasing interest of customers of PT Sinverho Energi Indonesia. The objectives of this study are to determine the utilization of social media as part of digital promotion, identify factors that support and hinder digital promotion, determine the digital promotion strategy in attracting customer purchasing interest, and identify the differences in promotion using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method, where the study reveals the social situation to be thoroughly, broadly, and deeply examined. The results of observations made during the study produced data as information to analyze the digital promotion strategy in attracting customer purchasing interest of PT Sinverho Energi Indonesia. In this study, snowball sampling method was used to interview several key informants. The data obtained were all documents related to company promotions. The conclusion of this research is that PT Sinverho has sufficiently conducted promotions, but has not maximized the utilization of social media and official website. The factors hindering this are the lack of dedicated human resources for digital marketing. The digital promotion strategy in attracting customer purchasing interest of PT Sinverho Energi Indonesia is analyzed using EFAS, IFAS, and SWOT analysis. The differences in promotion using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads are analyzed based on their features and ways of working.

Strategi Promosi Digital dalam Menarik Minat Beli Konsumen PT Sinverho Energi Indonesia

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini sudah mencapai era digitalisasi. Para pelaku usaha dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi agar dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Media sosial merupakan salah satu sarana promosi berbasis elektronik yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Melalui media sosial, pelaku usaha dapat melakukan promosi kapan saja dan di mana saja. Kelompok Wanita Tani Melati yang ada di Desa Suranadi, Kecamatan Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat adalah salah satu kelompok wanita tani yang aktif dalam memproduksi dan menjual produk olahan makanan seperti dodol dan keripik. Meski mampu mempertahankan usahanya pada saat pandemi Covid-19, para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam KWT Melati merasa kesulitan dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kegiatan promosi yang terbatas dan ketidakmampuan menggunakan teknologi digital. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendampingi KWT Melati membuat media sosial Facebook dan Instagram sebagai sarana promosi. Dengan demikian, para pelaku usaha dapat menjangkau konsumen lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Peserta telah mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan dengan antusias. Hasil dari pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian. Adapun luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tersedianya media sosial KWT Melati sebagai sarana promosi.

This study aims to determine the role of education on employee career development at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility Service. population of employees at the Aceh Manpower and Mobility Department as respondents. The data analyzed in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaire circulation. The data is then processed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The objects in this study are the facilities, individual abilities, and efforts of the independent variables. performance. The results of this study identify that simultaneously, the variables of Education and Training on the Career Development of Employees at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility t-test. The results of the study on the education and training variable (X) obtained tcount = 34,356 while ttable 2,086, the results of this calculation indicate that tcount > ttable with a significance level of 0.000 or the probability is far below = 5%. Thus, the results of statistical calculations show that partially the education and training variables play a significant role in increasing the career development of employees at the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility Service. Bendungan Batu Bulan salah satu bendungan paling besar yang terdapat di kabupaten Sumbawa, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, berlokasi di desa Maman kecamatan Moyo Hulu. Perairan irigasi juga dimanfaatkan oleh warga sekitar bendungan untuk budidaya ikan air tawar. Masyarakat dan nelayan di sekitar bendungan hanya menjual hasil tangkapan yang masih segar dan nilai jual masih kalah dari daerah-daerah lain. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masya­rakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengolahan hasil tangkapan ikan bendungan Batu Bulan menjadi Abon ikan. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 25 ibu-ibu rumah tangga dari Desa Maman. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi kedalam 3 tahap yaitu tahap pertama penyampaian materi terkait bahan, alat dan langkah-langkah untuk membuat abon ikan air tawar. Tahap kedua melakukan praktek secara langsung pembuatan abon ikan. Tahap terakhir adalah memberikan sosialisasi cara pembuatan logo produk yang menarik dan cara memasarkan produk abon ikan di media sosial yaitu Facebook. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat pemahaman peserta yaitu terjadi pening­kat­an pemahaman membuat abon ikan air tawar. Dimana tingkat pemahaman peserta dominan dalam kategori tinggi setelah mengikuti pelatihan, yaitu: sebanyak 10 peserta yang kategori tinggi tingkat pemahaman tentang bahan, dan sebanyak 9 peserta yang kategori tinggi tingkat pemahaman tentang alat dan langkah-langkah membuat abon ikan yang sebelumnya tidak paham karena belum pernah melakukannya.

Research was conducted at Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the benefits of social media to increase sales volume at Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus. The purpose of promotion is to convey information, position the product, persuade consumers to like the product, increase and control sales volume, and can influence consumer spending decisions. If this promotional strategy is carried out properly, it will have a good impact on the sustainability of Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus because there is quite a lot of potential to introduce products and conduct sales activities through the use of social media Facebook and Instagram. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data used are primary data and secondary data. With data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The population used is 2 managers of Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus and the sample to see customer responses is 4 people with indicators of respondents making purchases in the last 1 month. The results of this study are advertising using social media Facebook and Instagram, sales promotions using discounts or price reductions, premiums or gifts, trade shows, coupons or vouchers, and product guarantees.
