TL;DR: It is suggested that intensified treatment of genomically aggressive localized prostate cancer may improve cure rates and numerous molecular aberrations were prognostic for disease recurrence, including several DNA methylation events, and a signature comprised of these aberration outperformed well-described prognostic biomarkers.

TL;DR: A new recurrent amplification of MYCL is identified and validated, which is associated with TP53 deletion and unique profiles of DNA damage and transcriptional dysregulation, and this data represents the first systematic relation of intraprostatic genomic heterogeneity to predicted clinical outcome.

Comparative toxicoproteogenomics of mouse and rat liver identifies TCDD-resistance genes
Stephenie D. Prokopec,Amy X. Lu,Amy X. Lu,Sandy Che Eun S. Lee,Cindy Q. Yao,Ren X. Sun,John D. Watson,Rabah Soliymani,Richard de Borja,Ada Wong,Michelle Sam,Philip C. Zuzarte,John Douglas Mcpherson,Allan B. Okey,Raimo Pohjanvirta,Raimo Pohjanvirta,Paul C. Boutros +16 more
TL;DR: The value of integrating genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic evidence across multi-species models in toxicologic studies is shown, with several hepatic proteins showed parallel up- or downward alterations with their RNAs, with three genes showing consistent, strain-dependent changes.
Identifying TCDD-resistance genes via murine and rat comparative genomics and transcriptomics

TL;DR: A number of changes to gene expression that were associated with different toxic responses to the most potent dioxin are identified, mainly regulated by the Ahr, a ligand-activated transcription factor with roles in drug metabolism and immune responses, however other contributing factors remain unclear.
