Atomic layer deposition of titanium nitride for quantum circuits
Abigail Shearrow,Gerwin Koolstra,Samuel J. Whiteley,Nathan Earnest,Peter S. Barry,F. J. Heremans,David D. Awschalom,Erik Shirokoff,David Schuster +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the performance of titanium nitride resonators, patterned on thin films (9-110 nm) grown by atomic layer deposition, with sheet inductances of up to 234 pH/square.

Quasiparticle Poisoning of Superconducting Qubits from Resonant Absorption of Pair-breaking Photons
Chuanming Liu,David C. Harrison,S. Patel,Chris Wilen,Owen Rafferty,Abigail Shearrow,Andrew J. Ballard,Vito Iaia,Jaseung Ku,Britton Plourde,Robert McDermott +10 more
- 13 Mar 2022
TL;DR: In this article , Liu et al. proposed a method to solve the problem of how to find the minimum number of atoms in a set of images. But the method was not suitable for the task of particle physics.
Hardware implementation of quantum stabilizers in superconducting circuits
Kenneth Dodge,Y. Liu,Andrey Klots,Brian Cole,Abigail Shearrow,M. Senatore,S. Zhu,Lev Ioffe,Robert McDermott,Britton Plourde +9 more
- 01 Mar 2023
TL;DR: A hardware implementation of stabilizers in a superconducting circuit composed of chains of $\pi$periodic Josephson elements was demonstrated in this paper. But the hardware implementation was limited to two qubits.
