Return is a reward for investor bravery in taking risks on the investment it does. Recurn can motivate and attract investors to invest. The rate of return earned by investors is influenced by microeconomic factors and macroeconomic factors. In this research, factors that influence stock return use macroeconomic factors, ie, interest rate, inflation, and exchange rate. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of interest rates, inflation and exchange rates on stock returns. This research was conducted on property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used is all property and real estate companies listed on the IDX period 2013-2016. Sample determination method used is to use saturated samples. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of this study found that the interest rate has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. Inflation has negative and insignificant effect on stock return, while exchange rate has negative and significant effect on stock return.

Sementara firm size dapat mengendalikan dampak likuiditas maupun leverage atas profitabilitas, firm size tidak dapat mengendalikan dampak operasi atas profitabilitas. Manajemen modal yang baik diperlukan untuk mengatur tingkat pinjaman pada aset dan modal bisnis untuk mengurangi biaya dan memaksimalkan keuntungan atau profitabilitas.

Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas, Aktivitas, dan Leverage Terhadap Profitabilitas dengan Firm Size Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

The purpose of this study is to investigate the reaction of the Indonesian capital market to the announcement of a reduction in the Bank Indonesia 7-Day Reverse Repo Rate on the property and banking sectors. This study employs an event study with a seven-day observation period. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. The sample size for the banking sector was 32 companies, and the sample size for the property sector was 30 companies. Anomaly returns were used to gauge market reaction. The researchers used the paired samples t-test and the Wilcoxon signed rank test to analyze the data. The results for both sectors revealed that no market reaction was detected as a result of the announcement. This may be caused by investors thought that the announcement can’t affect the company's performance in short term and also considering the other sentiments.

This study determine the significant effect of CR, DER, ROE, TATO, EPS, interest rate, inflation rate, and exchange rate to stock return.This research was conducted on food and beverage sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2012-2016. The type of data used is quantitative data sourced from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The number of samples of 12 companies that meet the criteria of research by using purposive sampling method. Data collection use non-participant observation method to document in the form of company's annual financial statements, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate during period 2012-2016. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis result found that CR and DER have negative and insignificant effect to stock return, ROE have positive and significant effect to stock return, TATO, EPS, and positive and insignificant effect on stock return, inflation and exchange rate have negative and significant effect against stock return.

Pengaruh Variabel Mikro dan Makro Ekonomi terhadap Return Saham

This study aims to provide empirical evidence related to the effect of financial and macroeconomic performance on stock returns. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique and found 171 companies that routinely report financial reports, did not do a stock split, and did not conduct an IPO during 2014-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study was a multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application. The results showed that simultaneous independent variables influence stock returns. Partial test results in this study showed that financial performance variables that were proxied by the Current ratio, PER, DER, PBV, and TATO did not affect stock returns, while macroeconomics (inflation and exchange rates) had a significant negative effect on stock returns. Macroeconomic factors are more influential on stock returns and responded by investors directly suitable for short-term investments, while financial performance requires time to be responded by stock returns and more suitable for long-term investments.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh EPS, DPR, struktur modal, profitabilitas, inflasi, suku bunga dan kurs terhadap return saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI 2010 - 2012. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh data keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2010-2012.Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling .Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 81 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2010-2012. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari ICMD. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkanhasil perhitungan uji t yang telah dilakukan, earning per share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap r eturn saham, Dividend per Share berpengaruh positif terhadap r eturn saham, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap r eturn saham, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap r eturn saham, inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap r eturn saham, suku bunga berpengaruh positif terhadap r eturn saham dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif terhadap r eturn saham. Kata kunci : EPS, DPR, struktur modal, profitabilitas, inflasi, suku bunga, kurs, return saham.
