Development of new benzil-hydrazone derivatives as anticholinesterase inhibitors: synthesis, X-ray analysis, DFT study and in vitro/in silico evaluation.
Abdelkader Tabbiche,Abdelaziz Bouchama,Khadidja Fadli,Basharat Ahmad,Neeraj Kumar,Chaabane Chiter,Messaoud Yahiaoui,Farouk Zaidi,Kaouther Boudjemaa,Necmi Dege,Amel Djedouani,Nadjib Chafai +11 more
TL;DR: Two novel benzil-hydrazone compounds, abbreviated 2-ClMHB and 2-ClBHB, were synthesized for the first time by refluxing the benzil with 2-Chloro phenyl hydrazine and they have been tested for their in vitro anti-cholinesterase activities and in silico acetyl and butyryl enzymes inhibition.
Anticancer Potential of Isovanillin-Based Symmetrical Azine: Synthesis, Structure, Molecular Modeling, In Silico Leukemia Inhibition and MD Simulation.
Khadidja Fadli,Abdelaziz Bouchama,Abdelkader Tabbiche,Chaabane Chiter,Andrea Cornia,Neeraj Kumar,Messaoud Yahiaoui,Farouk Zaidi +7 more
TL;DR: Isovanillin azine, a symmetrical azine, exhibits potential as an anticancer inhibitor of Human T-cell Leukemia Virus type 1 (HTLV-1) protease, demonstrated through molecular modeling, in silico leukemia inhibition, and molecular dynamics simulation studies.
