TL;DR: In this paper, the first observation of two Cabibbo-suppressed decay modes, Ξ c + → Σ + π − π +, was reported, and the branching ratios of the decays relative to the Cabibbos-favored Ξc+ → Ξ− π−π+ π+, were measured to be 0.48 ± 0.20 and 0.18 ± 0, respectively.
