TL;DR: The concomitant use of laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair and abdominoplasty is a feasible approach to reduce the risks of umbilicals devascularization, especially in larger hernias and in patients with higher risk of recurrence.

Triple flap technique for vulvar reconstruction.
TL;DR: The 3 flap technique is a simple and reliable method and the donor site morbidity is minimal and can be realised without changing the position of the patient after tumour excision, and does not require delicate perforator dissection.

Internal pudendal perforator artery flap harvesting without pre-operative imaging: Reliability and approach.
TL;DR: Based on the present results, it is considered that routine ultrasound identification and dissection of the perforators is not always required before pudendal flap harvesting, which decreases the operating time and simplifies the flap harvesting procedure.
