TL;DR: It seems unlikely that metals released by the orthopedic implant via the blood stream revealed a pre-existing subclinical metal sensitivity in a 26-year-old woman presented with a 2-monthlong eczema that developed metal allergy due to the implantation of the osteosynthesis screw, because she had no history of metal intolerance prior to the Orthopedic procedure.
