Nano catalytic hydrogenation is the useful and widely applicable method for the reduction of chemical substances and belongs to the basic processes of modern medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry. It has found numerous applications in biological networks for emerging roles of proteomics, genomics and transcriptomics in the discovery and validation of human colorectal cancer biomarkers from DNA/RNA sequencing data under synchrotron radiation. Majority of medicinal and pharmaceutical nano catalytic hydrogenations is still carried out using heterogeneous nano catalysts due to the process advantages such as ability, easy separation, and wide range of applicable reaction conditions. The homogenous nano catalysts, which have been further developed during the past years, have extended the scope of nano catalytic hydrogenation especially in the field of highly stereo selective transformations in biological networks for emerging roles of proteomics, genomics and transcriptomics in the discovery and validation of human colorectal cancer biomarkers from DNA/ RNA sequencing data under synchrotron radiation. However, new developments continue to appear also in the field of heterogeneous nano catalysis, particularly in cases where a high chemo-, region-, or stereo selectivity must be achieved.

The most challenging issues facing global society are non–linear compact proton synchrotrons to improve human cancer cells and tissues treatments and diagnostics through particle therapy accelerators with monochromatic microbeams[1-74]. The advancement of nanoscience, nanomedicine and nanotechnology is expected to play an important role for the synchrotron radiation therapy of human cancer cells and tissues[1-74]. Recent efforts have been made in the design of novel anti-cancer Nano drugs for addressing oncology issues. A variety of anti–cancer Nano drugs have been employed in many catalytic processes. However, the clinical, biological, medical, medicinal, pharmaceutical and biochemical applications of anti-cancer Nano drugs in non-linear compact proton synchrotrons to improve human cancer cells and tissues treatments and diagnostics through particle therapy accelerators with monochromatic microbeams is not viable due to the availability and cost of producing them. Therefore, development of simple and economical methodologies for the design of catalytic anti-cancer Nano drugs is much awaited. Nano–architecture is considered to be an efficient route for the design of novel anti-cancer Nano drugs, which provides high efficiency, longer durability and reusability. As a typical kind of human cancer cells and tissues, lung cancer has been the subject of interest because of its unique properties, including anti-cancer Nano drugs storage capacity and anti-cancer Nano drugs conductivity. The analysis of 5-aminosalicylates nano particles as gastrointestinal and digestive system nano drugs under synchrotron radiations is mainly carried out by Gas Chromatography (GC), making use of their specific Retention Times (RT) which is related to their medicinal, pharmaceutical, physiochemical and topological properties [1-28]. Predicting chromatographic retention is an interesting subject. Quantitative Structure (Chromatographic) Retention Relationships (QSRR) has been demonstrated to be a powerful tool in chromatography. Linear and non-linear methods, such as Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) or Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) and Neural Network (NN) or Multiple Non-Linear Regression (MNLR), have been widely applied in the QSAR/QSRR area based on an assumption of linearity or non–linearity between the descriptors and an investigated experimental property [29-59]. Neural Network (NN) or Multiple Non–Linear Regression (MNLR), as non–linear regression methods, have been widely used as efficient regression methods and successfully applied to diverse medicinal, pharmaceutical, physiochemical and topological chemistry problems. The aim of this editorial is to research for an efficient method to build an accurate quantitative relationship between the chemical and molecular structure and the Retention Times (RT) of the some medicinal and pharmaceutical nano compounds by stepwise Multiple Linear Regression (MLR), Multiple Non–Linear Regression (MNLR) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) methods under synchrotron radiations.
