Chemotherapists have been fascinated for a long time with phenomenon of anti–cancer drugs. This editorial generally associated with anti-cancer compounds, now extends equally well to medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry . Despite this continuing very frequent use in the scientific literature, anti–cancer drugs like many other and useful and popular chemical concepts is non–reductive and lacks an unambiguous basis. It has no precise quantitative definition and is not directly measureable experimentally. In other words, anti– cancer compounds are a virtual quantity, rather than a physical observable. Hence, the chemistry of anti–cancer drugs has been attractive to chemotherapists. In addition, the interest to the chemistry of nanoparticles is due to the fact that nanoparticles are important synthetic materials in the preparation of anti–cancer compounds.

Modern science is based on interaction among disciplines. Biochemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry have transformed the nano-materials of everyday life, but this is merely a quick look of the future of pharmaceutical nano-compounds such as intelligent nanoparticles that behave as a sensor, anti–cancer drugs, self– reproducing pharmaceutical nano-compounds, molecules that work nano–engineering and even molecules that think may transform our world in ways not yet imagined. These advancements and developments are the result of cooperation among biochemists, pharmaceutical chemists, medicinal chemists, computer experts, materials engineers, organic chemists, physicists, pharmacists and many other researchers and scientists in all over the world. The most dramatic advancements and developments at the beginning of the twenty–first century are novel methods and techniques in biochemistry and pharmacology from collaborations among biochemists and pharmaceutical chemists [1-21].

Novel and Stable Modifications of Intelligent Cadmium Oxide (CdO) Nanoparticles as Anti-Cancer Drug in Formation of Nucleic Acids Complexes for Human Cancer Cells’ Treatment

DNA/RNA complexes play an important role in many biological and catalytic systems. The variety of their functions is due in part to the diversity of metals that bind in the “pocket” of the DNA/RNA complexes system. In this editorial, we discuss synthesis and recognition of DNA/RNA complexes and argue group theory of them. Upon metalation the DNA/RNA complexes system deprotonates, forming a dianionic ligand. The metal ions behave as Lewis acids, accepting lone pairs of electrons from the dianionic DNA/RNA ligand. Unlike most transition metal complexes, their color is due to absorption(s) within the DNA/RNA ligand involving the excitation of electrons from π to π* (π→π*) DNA/RNA complexes orbitals. Most DNA/RNA complexes contain a metal ion in the center of the planner DNA/RNA complexes system, resulting in a kinetically inert complex. If, however, the ionic radius of the metal ions is too large to fit into the hole in the center of the macro cycle, they are located out of the ligand plane, distorting it. These kinetically labile Sitting–Atop (SAT) complexes display characteristic structural and photo induced properties that strongly deviates from those of the regular DNA/RNA complexes [1-26].

Image Article In the current study, we have experimentally and comparatively investigated and compared malignant human cancer cells and tissues before and after irradiating of synchrotron radiation using Deep–Level Transient Spectroscopy and X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) malignant human cancer cells and tissues have gradually transformed to benign human cancer cells and tissues under synchrotron radiation with the passage of time (Figure 1 & 2) [1–141].

The most challenging issues facing global society are non–linear compact proton synchrotrons to improve human cancer cells and tissues treatments and diagnostics through particle therapy accelerators with monochromatic microbeams[1-74]. The advancement of nanoscience, nanomedicine and nanotechnology is expected to play an important role for the synchrotron radiation therapy of human cancer cells and tissues[1-74]. Recent efforts have been made in the design of novel anti-cancer Nano drugs for addressing oncology issues. A variety of anti–cancer Nano drugs have been employed in many catalytic processes. However, the clinical, biological, medical, medicinal, pharmaceutical and biochemical applications of anti-cancer Nano drugs in non-linear compact proton synchrotrons to improve human cancer cells and tissues treatments and diagnostics through particle therapy accelerators with monochromatic microbeams is not viable due to the availability and cost of producing them. Therefore, development of simple and economical methodologies for the design of catalytic anti-cancer Nano drugs is much awaited. Nano–architecture is considered to be an efficient route for the design of novel anti-cancer Nano drugs, which provides high efficiency, longer durability and reusability. As a typical kind of human cancer cells and tissues, lung cancer has been the subject of interest because of its unique properties, including anti-cancer Nano drugs storage capacity and anti-cancer Nano drugs conductivity.
