Stanoiu,Natalia Timofeyuk,Helmut Weick,P. J. Woods +29 more
TL;DR: In this article, the angular correlations between protons and the respective heavy-ion fragments stemming from the precursor decays in flight were measured by applying a tracking technique with microstrip detectors, which provided information on energies and widths of the parent states.
Comparison of electromagnetic and nuclear dissociation of Ne 17

TL;DR: In this paper, the Borromean drip-line nucleus Ne17 has been suggested to possess a two-proton halo structure in its ground state, and a 500 MeV/u Ne17 beam was directed toward lead, carbon, and polyethylene targets.
A novel Si strip array to investigate reaction and decay mechanisms
M. Stanoiu,K. Sümmerer,I. Mukha,I. Mukha,A. Chatillon,E. Cortina Gil,Matthias Heil,J. Hoffman,O.A. Kiselev,N. Kurz,W. Ott +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the performance of a double-sided silicon micro-strip detector (DSSD) developed for the GSI-R3B project (reaction studies with relativistic radioactive beams) is presented.

TL;DR: In this paper, the Coulomb dissociation (CD) of P27 at an incident energy of about 500 MeV/u was studied and the three lowest lying resonances in P27 have been populated and their resonance strengths have been measured.
Excitation of Nucleon Resonances in Heavy-Ion Charge-Exchange Reactions
